19—Expert assistance for industries
(1) The Treasurer may
make available to any person engaged, or about to engage, in any industry, the
services of accountants, auditors, engineers, or other competent persons.
(2) The Treasurer may
enter into an agreement with any person to whom services are provided under
this section as to payment for those services.
