(1) The Treasurer may
pay out of the General Revenue of the State any money required to satisfy a
liability under any guarantee given pursuant to this Act, and this Act without
any further appropriation is a sufficient authority for any such payment.
(2) Any other money
required for purposes of this Act will be paid out of money provided by
Parliament for those purposes.
