INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT ACT 1941 - SECT 2A

2A—Proclaimed country

The Governor may by proclamation—

            (a)         declare a country to be a proclaimed country for the purposes of this Act; or

            (b)         amend, vary or revoke any such declaration.
