South Australian Repealed Acts South Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Board must, on
or before 30 September in each year, deliver to the Minister a report on the
administration of this Act during the financial year that ended on the
preceding 30 June.
(2) The report must
contain statistics relating to complaints received by the Board and the orders
and decisions of the Board.
(3) The Minister must,
within 12 sitting days after delivery of the report, cause a copy of the
report to be laid before each House of Parliament.
