(1) A company
registered under this Act or exempt under section 26(2)(b) from the
requirement to be registered must within one month after a person becomes or
ceases to be a director or member of the company lodge with the Board a notice
in writing of that fact stating the name and residential address of that
person.
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
(2) A company
registered under this Act must lodge with the Board in July of each year a
return in a form approved by the Board containing the information required by
the Board.
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
