PHARMACISTS ACT 1991 - SECT 51

51—Variation of conditions imposed by the Court

        (1)         The Supreme Court may, at any time, on application by a pharmacist, vary or revoke a condition imposed by the Court in relation to his or her registration under this Act.

        (2)         The Board and the Minister are entitled to object to an application under this section.
