13—Registrar, officers and servants
(1) The Board shall
appoint a registrar and may employ such other officers and servants as it
considers necessary for the administration of this Act.
(2) The Board may,
with the approval of the Minister and under an arrangement established by the
Minister administering an administrative unit of the Public Service, make use
of the services or staff of that administrative unit.
