33—Advertising by unregistered persons prohibited
A person, other than a registered psychologist, shall not advertise or hold
out—
(a) that
he is skilled in the practice of psychology; or
(b) that
he is willing to practise psychology; or
(c) that
he is competent to teach the practice of psychology; or
(d) that
he is willing to instruct in the practice of psychology; or
(e) that
he seeks or requires human subjects for investigation or research involving
the practice of psychology.
Maximum penalty: $250.
