This legislation has been repealed.
(1) An inquiry under
this Part may start or continue, and a report may be prepared or given,
despite proceedings before a court or tribunal constituted by law, unless a
court or tribunal with the necessary jurisdiction orders otherwise.
(2) No action lies
against—
(a) the
investigator; or
(b) the
Minister, the Regulator or an authorised officer; or
(c) a
person who has provided evidence, or any document, object or material, to the
investigator for the purposes of an inquiry under this Part,
in relation to the provision or publication of a report, or any part of a
report, under this Part.
