TRAVEL AGENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 19

19—Approval of the trust deed

        (1)         The Minister may for the purposes of this Act—

            (a)         approve an instrument as the trust deed;

            (b)         approve any amendment to the trust deed.

        (2)         The trust deed and any approved amendment to the trust deed must be promulgated by regulation.
