A person carrying on business as a travel agent authorised by a licence must
maintain in a conspicuous position in each place from which the business is
carried on a notice clearly showing—
(a) the
name of the licensed travel agent as it appears in the licence; and
(b) any
other information required by regulation.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
