13—Reversion of lands to councils
If from any cause whatever the occupation by the Corporation of any park lands
or reserve for the purposes of this Act shall at any time cease, the care,
control, and management of the park lands or reserve shall revert to the
municipal corporation or district council from which the same shall have been
taken.
