36—Power to erect stand pipes and sell water
The Corporation may erect standpipes at any place within or beyond the limits
of any water district, and may, from any standpipe or from any hydrant, sell
water by measure to any persons, at such price, at such times, and upon such
conditions as the Corporation thinks fit.
