62—Injury to or obstruction of works
Every person who—
(a)
wilfully obstructs any person acting under the authority of the Corporation in
setting out the line of any works undertaken under the authority of this Act;
or
(b)
pulls up or removes any poles or stakes driven into the ground for the purpose
of setting out the line of such works; or
(c)
destroys or injures any works so undertaken as aforesaid,
shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding five hundred dollars.
