FIRST HOME OWNERS GRANT AMENDMENT BILL 2014 BILL 30 OF 2014

            First Home Owner Amendment Bill (No. 2) 2014

The First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 is to be amended to extend the grant for
first home buyers who buy a newly constructed home; enter into a
comprehensive building contract to build their first home; buy a house and land
package; or commence construction of their first home as an owner-builder as
follows:
    o $20 000 for the period 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015; and
    o then $10 000 from 1 July 2015 ongoing.
