ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1998 - SECT 48
Access and provision of services
A person may discriminate against another person on the ground of
disability
(a) in access to public places, if the provision of access would cause
unjustifiable hardship; or
(b) in the provision of goods and services, if that would cause unjustifiable
hardship.
