(1) If the Tribunal believes that a complaint may be resolved by conciliation, it may, during an inquiry, refer the matter to a conciliation conference as if the Tribunal were the Commissioner under section 75 .(2) If the parties to a complaint agree to resolve the complaint whilst it is before the Tribunal for inquiry, the Tribunal is to record the terms of the agreement.(3) The record of agreement is to be signed by the parties.(4) An agreement is enforceable as if it were an order of the Tribunal under section 89(1) .
