This Division provides in relation to –

(a) the jurisdiction of courts in respect of criminal matters arising under the Corporations Law of Tasmania ; and

(b) the jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania in respect of criminal matters arising under the Corporations Law of any jurisdiction.
