The costs of every rule, order or commission under section 194C and of the proceedings following are costs in the cause, unless otherwise directed by the judge making the rule or order, or by the judge before whom the cause may be had, or by the court in which the action or proceeding is depending.

Note: This section does not appear in the Evidence Act 1995 of the Commonwealth.
