EVIDENCE ACT 2001 - SECT 25
Rights to make unsworn statements unaffected
Note: The Evidence Act 1995 of the Commonwealth includes a provision
preserving any right of a defendant under the law of a State or Territory to
make an unsworn statement. The right to make an unsworn statement remains in
Norfolk Island.
