ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - REG 218

Limitation on taking effect of orders under this Part
An order of the Supreme Court under this Part is not to take effect until –
(a) the time limited for making an appeal against the order has expired; or
(b) if an appeal is made within the period prescribed by the rules, the appeal is finally determined by the Full Court or, if the appeal is withdrawn before being finally determined by the Full Court, the day on which the appeal is withdrawn.
