The Supreme Court is to hear and determine a question referred under section 220 , and may make one or more of the following orders:(a) that a person who is not qualified to be a Member of the Assembly, or, as the case may be, of the Council, is disqualified from continuing to be a Member of the Assembly or the Council;(b) that the seat of a Member of the Assembly, or, as the case may be, of the Council, has become vacant;(c) that a person is not eligible to be elected to the Assembly under Part 9 ;(d) that a person who is not capable of sitting or voting as a Member of the Assembly, or, as the case may be, of the Council, is no longer capable of sitting as a Member of the Assembly or the Council;(e) that the question be dismissed in whole or in part.
