(1) The Commission must keep a State roll of the persons enrolled in accordance with section 32 .(2) The State roll may be kept by electronic means or any similar means.(3) The State roll must indicate the Assembly division and Council division for which each person is enrolled.(4) Each person enrolled on the State roll is to be enrolled (a) for the Assembly division which relates to the address in respect of which the person is enrolled; and(b) for the Council division which relates to the address in respect of which the person is enrolled.(5) A person is not entitled to be enrolled on the State roll more than once at any one time.
