(1) At noon on the day after nomination day, the returning officer is to publicly produce all nomination forms that have been endorsed as accepted under section 79(1) , and not withdrawn under section 83 , and (a) publicly announce (i) the names of the persons who are candidates at the election; and(ii) in the case of an Assembly election, the group, if any, in which they are included; and(b) display, at the office of the returning officer, a notice containing the details of that announcement.(2) Unless the Commission otherwise determines, the Commissioner, a returning officer or an election official is not to disclose any information in relation to a nomination received until the announcement referred to in subsection (1)(a) .
