ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND POLLUTION CONTROL ACT 1994 - SECT 74P

Division 4 - Compliance with notice Duty to comply with notice

A person served with a notice must comply with it.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units; or

(b) an individual, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
