(1) Any person may object to the Heritage Council's intention to issue a certificate that a place is not a registered place.(2) An objection must be (a) made in writing; and(b) lodged with the Heritage Council within (i) 30 days after a notice was given or published under section 80 (2) , whichever is the later; or(ii) any further period the Heritage Council allows.
