INTEGRITY COMMISSION ACT 2009 - SECT 30
Functions of chief executive officer in relation to Members of Parliament
The chief executive officer is to
(a) monitor the operation of the Parliamentary disclosure of interests
register, declarations of conflicts of interest register and any other
register relating to the conduct of Members of Parliament; and
(b) prepare guidance and provide training for Members of Parliament and
persons employed in the offices of Members of Parliament on matters of
conduct, integrity and ethics; and
(c) review, develop and monitor the operation of any codes of conduct and
guidelines that apply to Members of Parliament; and
(d) where appropriate, propose to a Parliamentary integrity entity possible
modifications of any code of conduct or guidelines.
