(1)  A person must not, without lawful excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made of the person under this Act.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.

(2)  A person must not impersonate an inspector.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
