(1) The production of a certificate signed by the Sheriff that a summons was posted or otherwise dispatched to a person is proof, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the summons was served at the address of the person named in the summons.(2) If a summons is served by post, the certificate referred to in subsection (1) or other evidence of service is to (a) identify the summons served; and(b) state the date and place of posting.
