SCHEDULE 9 - Consequential Amendments The amendments effected by Section 72 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:

(a) Criminal Code Act 1924 ;

(b) Criminal Justice (Mental Impairment) Act 1999 ;

(c) Juries Act 2003 ;

(d) Jury Act 1899 ;

(e) Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 .
