(1) A seizure order issued by an authorised officer under section 36 (a) must be in the form of a written notice given to the owner or person in control of the thing to which the order relates; and(b) may be varied or revoked by further written notice given to the owner or person in control of the thing to which the order relates.(2) If a seizure order is issued by an authorised officer under section 36 , a person who, without reasonable excuse, removes or interferes with any item or thing that is the subject of the seizure order is guilty of an offence.Penalty: In the case of (a) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 2 500 penalty units; or(b) an individual, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
