REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH (ACCESS TO TERMINATIONS) ACT 2013 - SECT 8
Woman not guilty of crime or offence
Notwithstanding any other Act or law, a woman who consents to, assists in or
performs a termination on herself is not guilty of a crime or any other
offence.
