MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL DIVISION) RULES 1998 - REG 13
Parties joined in a proceeding
(1) The Court is to ensure that all necessary parties to a proceeding
are joined in the proceeding.
(2) A proceeding is not defeated if parties to the
proceeding –
(a) are incorrectly joined; or
(b) fail to be joined.
