MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL DIVISION) RULES 1998 - REG 21

Appointment of litigation guardian
(1)  A litigation guardian may be –
(a) appointed by the Court; or
(b) self-appointed.
(2)  The name of a person is not to be used in any proceeding as litigation guardian unless –
(a) the person has signed a written authority for that purpose; and
(b) that authority has been filed.
(3)  The Court may remove a litigation guardian.
