MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL DIVISION) RULES 1998 - REG 38
Abuse of process
The Court, on the application of a party, may
(a) enter judgment in an action that the Court considers to be scandalous,
frivolous, oppressive, vexatious or otherwise an abuse of process of the
Court; or
(b) make an order staying until further order an action referred to in
paragraph (a) ; or
(c) make an order striking out a pleading that the Court considers to be
scandalous, frivolous, oppressive, vexatious or otherwise an abuse of process
of the Court.
