SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 435
Clerical mistakes in judgments
Any clerical mistake or omission in a judgment or order may at any time be
corrected by
(a) the Court or a judge, on its or his or her own motion; or
(b) on application or consent memorandum to the registrar.
