(1) In any proceeding in which an injunction is claimed, the Court or a judge, on the application of a party made before or after judgment, may grant an injunction (a) to restrain any other party from repeating or continuing any wrongful act or breach of contract complained of; or(b) to restrain any other party from committing any injury or breach of a similar contract relating to the same property or right; or(c) to compel any other party to do any act.(2) An injunction may be granted with or without conditions.
