SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 445
Damages for injunction wrongly granted
(1) An interlocutory order for an injunction is to contain an
undertaking by the party at whose instance it is granted to pay to the
opposite party any damages that the opposite party may sustain because of the
injunction and that the Court or a judge thinks ought to be paid by the
applicant.
(2) An application for an order for payment of damages is to be made to
the Court.
(3) Damages may be ordered to be assessed in any manner in which damages
may be assessed in an action.
