SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 451

Leaving and passing accounts and paying balances
If a receiver is appointed with a direction to pass accounts, the Court or a judge is to make an order fixing the days on which the receiver is to –
(a) leave the accounts in the registry and pass the accounts; and
(b) pay the balance appearing due on any account left or any part of an account certified as proper to be paid.
