SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 457
Consequences of default by receiver
(1) If a receiver or his or her personal representative fails to comply
with any provision of this Part concerning accounts or any order made under
this Part concerning accounts, the person in default and any party to the
proceeding in which the appointment was made may be required to attend before
a judge to show cause for the failure.
(2) On the attendance of a person before a judge, the judge may give any
directions including the discharge of the receiver and appointment of another
and payment of costs.
