(1) On the application of an examiner, the Court or a judge may order the party who obtained an order under rule 476 to pay to the examiner any fees and expenses payable in respect of the examination.(2) An order under subrule (1) is to be without prejudice to any question on the taxation of costs as to the party by whom the costs of the examination are to be borne.(3) An examiner, other than an officer of the Court or a judge of an inferior court of civil jurisdiction, is entitled to be paid by the party who obtained an order under rule 476 (a) any fees at any times specified in the order appointing the examiner or by a subsequent order; and(b) all reasonable expenses, including any charges for the room, other than the examiner's office or chambers, in which the examination is conducted.
