SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 647
Consolidation or stay on application of respondent
An order for consolidation or stay of proceedings against a respondent is not
to be made on the application of a respondent unless that respondent
undertakes to enter a disclaimer in the event of judgment being given for the
relator in the proceeding which is not stayed.
