SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 677
Interest if execution delayed by appeal
In any case in which execution has been delayed by reason of a stay of
proceedings on an appeal, interest for the time that execution has been
delayed is to be allowed, unless the Court or a judge otherwise orders.
