(1) A notice of appeal and any subsequent proceeding on an appeal to which this Division applies are to be titled "In the Supreme Court of Tasmania, On appeal from [naming the court from which the appeal is brought]" followed by "Hobart Registry [or the name of the district registry if filed in one]" and as between the appellant and the respondent.(2) An appellant, by notice of appeal, is to (a) state whether the whole or part only of the judgment is appealed against; and(b) in the latter case, specify the part.(3) The notice of appeal is to state (a) the grounds of appeal; and(b) what judgment or order is sought.
