(1) A judge may (a) refer an appeal, or any point or question arising in an appeal, for determination by the Full Court; and(b) make any order and give any direction in that behalf as may be necessary or convenient.(2) An appeal or a point or question referred under subrule (1) is to be determined by the Full Court.(3) Unless a judge otherwise directs, the registrar, at least 7 days before the day appointed for the hearing before the Full Court of an appeal or a point or question, is to (a) deliver to the associate attending the sitting of the Full Court 3 copies of each document required by the Full Court for the purpose of hearing and determining the appeal, point or question; and(b) deliver to each party one copy of each of those documents.
