(1) A writ commencing a probate action (a) may be issued out of any registry; and(b) is to be endorsed with a statement of the nature of the plaintiff's and defendant's interests in the estate of the deceased to which the action relates.(2) A writ commencing an action for the revocation of a grant of probate or letters of administration of the estate is not to be filed unless (a) a citation under rule 730(1)(b) has been issued; or(b) the probate has been, or letters of administration have been, lodged in a registry.
