SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 774D
Application for referral to arbitration – article 8 of Model Law
An application under article 8 of the Model Law to refer parties to
arbitration must be accompanied by –
(a) a copy of the arbitration agreement; and
(b) an affidavit stating the material facts on which the application for
relief is based.
