SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 - REG 833

Security by payment into Court
A party directed to give security may give it by –
(a) paying it into Court; and
(b) giving to the party for whose benefit the security is to be given –
(i) notice of the payment; and
(ii) an original receipt for the money paid into Court.
