(1) On the application of a person entitled to enforce a judgment against a person other than a corporation, the Court or a judge may order a person bound by the judgment to (a) attend before the Court or a judge and be orally examined on the material questions; and(b) produce any document or thing in the possession, custody or power of the person bound relating to the material questions.(2) On the application of a person entitled to enforce a judgment against a corporation, the Court or a judge may order an officer or former officer of the corporation to (a) attend before the Court or a judge and be orally examined on the material questions; and(b) produce any document or thing in the possession, custody or power of the corporation relating to the material questions.
