Section 6(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting "or she" after "he" ;

(b) by inserting in paragraph (a) "or her" after "his" ;

(c) by inserting in paragraph (b) "or her" after "him" ;

(d) by inserting in paragraph (c) "or her" after "resigns his" ;

(e) by inserting in paragraph (c) "or her" after "under his" .
